At Wall Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fixtures. If your lighting choice isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are here to help you find a bright alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repack the light fixture in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instructions, to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
