What is the average shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are your wall lights compatible with dimmer switches?
Many of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and switch hardware. Please check the specific product description for the 'Dimmable' specification.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my room?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide comprehensive installation guides with every fixture, we do not provide direct installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired wall light installations.
What kind of warranty comes with my lighting fixtures?
All Wall Light products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Do your lights come with bulbs included?
In an effort to allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature and brightness, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated on the product page.
